I was there for 3 different service occasions and on my last one I had to walk away due to bad customer service. Took my car to the Collection in Coral Gables instead where the service is top notch!

they were very easy to work with made an appointment with me immediately to bring my car in for service. They had it delivered to my office about 40 minutes away after servicing and Michael was excellent to deal with.
Mr. Cue was excellent and did a very good job explaining the issues with my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the dealer, that despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, a loaner or rental vehicle was not offered or available. Providing only an Uber ride home was not a sufficient solution for a service visit of this duration.
The dealership was great very professional came picked up my car and dropped it off. Detailed it when they sent it back. I would recommend them. Adam was great and so was Bill.
The entire deal was negotiated long distance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Farzan Bigdeli was my salesman and he was always available and easy to deal with. I also dealt with Francesco Labbate who was also very helpul in getting the deal done. Car arrived today in great condition and I am really happy with my decision. Thank you, Farzan and Francesco!

they were very easy to work with made an appointment with me immediately to bring my car in for service. They had it delivered to my office about 40 minutes away after servicing and Michael was excellent to deal with.
Mr. Cue was excellent and did a very good job explaining the issues with my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the dealer, that despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, a loaner or rental vehicle was not offered or available. Providing only an Uber ride home was not a sufficient solution for a service visit of this duration.
The dealership was great very professional came picked up my car and dropped it off. Detailed it when they sent it back. I would recommend them. Adam was great and so was Bill.

We had a very challenging experience trying to complete the deal to get into the car we purchased.
